
Hey Jen..haha,
Just wanted to share my first attempt at a panorama shot. For those that are not aware of how to do them, let me tell you how simple it is. I just guessed and it worked out.
Shooting It:
I took 3 shots from left to right. I took the first where I wanted it to begin obviously. I then moved the frame about 2 thirds across the first shot. (pay attention to this spot when framing your first shot. I then did the same with the 3rd.
The edit:
I opened all 3 shots in CS3. Put all 3 on top of each other. You should end up with a "background" layer and 2 others. Double click on the layer that says "background" and hit ok. This will unlock that layer.
Then go to edit>auto align layers. (use Auto)
After that is processed they should be coming together but you will see where they joined. Click on EDIT>Blend layers, (you may or may not have to click on panorama.)
ALL DONE!! Just crop your photo to take out the distorted edges.
